Colliers and Belsquare merge their activities

Charles Lasserre and David Vermeesch, the founders of BelSquare

Brussels real estate consulting firm BelSquare joins Colliers international network. The two companies are merging their complementary activities in the Belgian market to create a new combined entity which will have 70 employees.

Charles Lasserre and David Vermeesch, the founders of BelSquare, will head up the new entity, called Colliers Belgium , and will report directly to Colliers France. They will be assisted by Annick Vandenbulcke who, as former managing director of Colliers Belgium, will continue to head the occupiers advisory department.
