First tenant for Buzz

Didier Van Den Eynde

The new ‘Buzz’ office complex in Leudelange is shortly to welcome its first tenant, a well-known company specialised in cloud computing services and IT service management. The company will be moving in the beginning of next year. It will occupy around 3,600 m², the totality of one of the four interconnected buildings.

This project is being developed by Atenor Luxembourg in collaboration with Fidentia Real Estate investments. The developers have selected for the Buzz project the “’Am Baan’ site in Leudelange, a district which is rapidly developing and a natural extension of Luxembourg City. Louis de Halleux, managing director of Fidentia, underlined in a report in “Luxembourg enables dynamism and stability which are ideal frameworks for setting up such projects”.

The developers have chosen the architects Jaspers- Eyers and E. Urbain to design the complex with a campus spirit. Buzz is made of four buildings with a total surface of 16,800 m² of flexible and modular workspaces. The buildings are interconnected through an innovative system of walkways. This offers a vast range of fitting out possibilities to future tenants. The complex is built on a common base of two underground parking basements.Particular attention has been paid to landscaping and the footprint so the four buildings only comprise ground floor + 3 upper levels with a very low land ratio impact. Natural and abundant lighting thanks to the large floor-to-ceiling windows, natural materials, terraces and the green environment create an atmosphere of well-being for the occupants.
