New heads of Capital Markets Retail and Valuation at Cushman & Wakefield Belgium

Following recent changes in its management structure, Cushman & Wakefield Belgium has appointed Victoria Tanret as Head of Capital Markets Retail and Gregory Lamarche as Head of the Valuation & Advisory Department where he will be in charge of the management of a team of 14 experts. He will continue to carry out assignments in order to remain actively involved in the different valuation processes.
Victoria Tanret has a strong track record in Retail Agency High Streets with five years at Cushman & Wakefield. Arnaud de Bergeyck, former Head of Capital Markets Retail, will stay for another 12 months( until July 2022) at Cushman & Wakefield to support the new Capital Markets structure.
