International and heavy newcomer to Belgian flexible office scene

Belgium is about to see a new entrant in to the ‘flexible office & co-working spaces’ battleground. ‘SPACES’ an Amsterdam-based organisation established in 2006, now present worlwide in 24 countries with soon around 80 locations, is to open its first large business centre here – in Diegem on the Brussels periphery – this autumn. This will be followed by centres in Antwerp in 2019 and the company says its ambition is to have at least 10 centres by 2020, with Ghent, Liège, Louvain, Charleroi, Namur and Hasselt centres being established soon.The Diegem centre will be located in Pegasus Park, within sight of the airport. It will offer 3,500 m² over four floors !

DBFM formula with AG Real Estate for Goodyear Innovation centre in Luxembourg
