2016, a good year for the office market
According to Vincent Querton, CEO of JLL, 2016 was frightening (for the terrorist attacks), astonishing for events such as Brexit and Trump, but excellent nevertheless for JLL in particular. Semi-industrial market heading for a record
One of the property sectors analysed by JLL during its end of year review was the semi-industrial and logistics market. From an average of 560,000 square metres since 2012, it is up to around a million in the past year, in balance with semi-industrial.
