Brussels office market back on track
It seems the Brussels office market performed pretty well during the first half of 2016. Where take-up is concerned, the news appears to be excellent. The exceptional take-up of around 175,000 m² in the second quarter more than compensated for a sluggish first quarter and brought the first half total to 269,000 m². This is 88% above the same period in 2015. In terms of the number of deals, however, JLL says the picture is very different.
