Largest transaction in West Flanders

There has been a major industrial transaction in West Flanders. Co-agents JLL and Turner have acted in the sale of the former Japan Tobacco International site and factory buildings in Wervik, owned by Gryson. The new owner is Dupont Sanitair which already has installations in the region (Menen, Roeselaere, Kortrijk and shortly Ypres), and which is to locate its headquarters and main warehouse unit in its new acquisition.

The site comprises around 3.4 hectares and contains 14,260 m² of warehouse space and 1,600 m² of offices and facilities. This is believed to be the largest transaction in this region of the first half of 2018.
